BMP cordless load magnets are specifically designed for lifting and handling circular materials. However, it is also suitable for handling flat materials and various profiles and shapes. The built-in 12 V battery allows up to 8 hours of operation at 50% duty cycle. The clamping force of the magnet is quite strong even in contact with an uneven surface or in the event of an air gap.

During the design, we placed great emphasis on safety: the magnet battery does not turn off during automatic handling, has a double button for the load release function, and cannot be turned on if the battery is not properly charged. If the battery charge level is below the safe limit, a light and sound signal will also alert the operator.
