The BM is a range of battery-powered, high-capacity lifting magnets. The magnet meets the safety factor of 2: 1, so in the tear-off test it can withstand more than twice its maximum permitted load capacity.

The handling of this industrial magnet is very simple and thanks to the remote control also convenient. We offer a total of 4 models with different load capacities, while the BM3600 model is especially suitable for handling thin sheets from 3 mm thick. The power supply is a built-in 12V battery, which allows up to 8 hours of operation at 50% duty cycle. There is a safety switch under the suspension eye that prevents it from being switched off during lifting. When the battery level drops below a safe level, the magnet cannot be activated. In addition, a visual and acoustic alarm warns of a low state of charge.

BM 1350, BM 2500, BM 5000

These models are designed for lifting heavy sheets and blocks. The maximum lifting capacity is achieved with a material with a thickness of 50 mm and more with a quality surface. The BM 5000 model has a high load capacity, thanks to two built-in coils.

BM 3600

This model is specially designed for lifting sheets with a thickness of 3 mm and more. With a smooth and flat surface, the magnet lifts a sheet of dimensions 2400x1800 mm with a thickness of 3 mm, as well as a sheet of 6000x3000 mm with a thickness of 25 mm. The TIP-OFF function allows you to browse a safe number of individual sheets from the bundle.
