Separators for applications where it is necessary to separate unwanted ferromagnetic particles from large amounts of bulk materials. The construction of the system is made of 4 mm thick stainless steel, cleaning is performed automatically. After the separator is clogged, the plate magnets and the discharge flap are folded into the cleaning position automatically by means of a pneumatic system, the trapped ferromagnetic pieces fall out spontaneously into the collecting container. After cleaning, the automation will ensure that the magnets and flaps are flipped back into the working position.
