Separators for applications where it is necessary to separate unwanted ferromagnetic particles from large amounts of bulk materials. The construction of the system is made of 4 mm thick stainless steel, cleaning is performed manually. These systems are not equipped with a flap outlet, it is a simplified version of cascade separators with manual operation. After the separator is clogged, the plate magnets are manually tilted to the cleaning position, the trapped ferromagnetic pieces spontaneously fall into the collecting container. After cleaning, the magnets must be manually flipped to the working position.
