Hygienic designs of magnetic filters for cleaning fluids from ferromagnetic impurities in operations with higher demands on hygiene. They are equipped with a neodymium magnetic system for capturing very small ferromagnetic particles (ferromagnetic dust). For viscous and fast-setting liquids (melted chocolate, cheese, etc.), there are double-bottomed types, where hot water is introduced between the casing and the inner shell, which prevents the purified liquid from solidifying in the separator space.

Standard operating pressures for these types of magnetic filters are 3 Bar and 10 Bar. These types of magnetic filters are connected to the piping using DIN 2576 ND10 flanges.
