The Magbox in a semi-automatic design is a fully equipped separation unit, which is also designed so that its cleaning is simple and as short as possible. The basis is a system of neodymium magnetic filter rods with an extractor, the entire magnetic system is located in a magbox cabinet. The magnetic system is mounted on sliding bars, which ensure smooth and trouble-free movement. The filter rods are placed in two layers alternately on top of each other. The entire magbox is made of stainless, electropolished steel grade 1.4404.

Before cleaning the system, it is necessary to stop the material flow. The magnetic system (filter rods with extractor) is pulled out to the extreme position, then the magnetic rods are pulled out of the extractor. Captured ferromagnetic impurities fall out of the extractor by their own weight. Then simply slide the entire magnetic system back into the working position and secure with quick-release couplings on the sides.
