It is used to remove residual magnetism in mass-produced workpieces or parts such as molds, bearings, components in automated operations. The tunnel demagnetizer works on the principle of a gradually decreasing flow of alternating current, which removes magnetism to a certain depth. To achieve optimal performance, it is necessary to select a suitable dimension so that the workpieces are in as close contact as possible with the through hole of the device.
Tunnel demagnetizers are designed for demagnetization of large components of cylindrical, cube shape or mass demagnetization of thin-walled parts. The dimensions of the component should be similar to the dimensions of the tunnel through hole. They are designed for continuous operation, so it is possible to use them in industrial production in conjunction with a belt or roller conveyor in automated operation
