Replaces the drive roller at the end of the conveyor belt. It attracts ferromagnetic particles from the material flow, which are then transported to the bottom of the conveyor belt, where they are then collected. In the standard design, the magnetic drive rollers have a longitudinal polarity, which is suitable for separating larger parts from a thicker layer of material. On request, it is also possible to supply a magnetic drive roller with transverse polarity, which is suitable for separating small ferromagnetic particles from a material flow with a small height.

The table shows the basic types with a ferrite magnetic system. Magnetic drive rollers marked with an asterisk after the order number can also be supplied with a neodymium magnetic system. For types with a neodymium magnet, the code "/ 01" is added after the order number of the respective type. The capacitance values of the magnetic system are informative.

In addition to the standard types listed in the table, we can also supply dimensions according to customer requirements, based on the supplied drawing of the return drum of the conveyor belt.
