Properties

• high-strength epoxy adhesive with a metallic shade
• bond strength up to 180 kg/cm²
• working time of 45 minutes
• resistant to water, oils, solvents and common chemicals
• temperature resistance from -60 °C to +100 °C
• after curing, the bond can be sanded, drilled or painted over
• also suitable for filling smaller gaps and cracks

Use

The adhesive is designed mainly for metal joints exposed to higher loads, vibrations or moisture. It is also suitable for wood, chipboard, rigid PVC, laminate, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, marble, rubber, expanded polystyrene and selected plastics.

Not suitable for PP, PE, Teflon and silicone.

Instructions for use

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and degreased. Mix the adhesive thoroughly, apply it to one or both sides depending on the material, press the joint together and fix it with a clamp or tape.

Handling strength is reached after approximately 10 hours, full curing after 24 hours. Store in a dry and cool place.
