Permanent magnetic chuck with double magnetic system made of high energy neodymium magnets. This chuck is suitable for hard machining such as MILLING, PPLANNING, DRILLING thanks to its very high holding force ( 150 N / cm2 )

The pole plate has a parallel pole construction, the pole spacing is 15mm ( 12 mm steel + 3 mm brass). The double magnetic system generates high magnetic induction that allows to use this chuck for variety of workpiece dimensions, even for workpieces with uneven and rough surface. Magnetic field is concentrated only above the area where the workpiece is clamped with elimination of residual magnetism. This allows us to puse the tools nearly the pole plate without the risk of being magnetized, remove the chips easily and machine thin workpieces.
