Electro-permanent magnetic chuck with a pole spacing of 56 mm (40 + 16 mm), magnetic field depth is 20 mm, waterproof chuck design, minimum workpiece thickness is 20 mm, minimum workpiece length is 115 mm, suitable for heavy milling operations.

BUR and BFR control units

They ensure optimal magnetization and demagnetization of the clamping plate. The control unit is equipped with a protective contact that prevents machining from starting if the chuck is not in a magnetized state. The RS-232 interface is used for connection to the machine control system, the protection of the control units is IP55.

Special accessories:

    Pole extensions - are used to lift the workpiece above the surface of the magnetic clamping plate - this way it is possible to machine the clamped piece from 5 sides per clamping without damaging the surface of the magnetic clamping plate.

    Pole plates - special additional plates for large-scale production, which are shaped according to the workpiece.

    Movable pole extensions - are used to compensate for unevenness of the material surface, ensure evenness and flatness.
