The conveyor belt is guided and regulated on drums with a curved surface, the belt tension can be easily adjusted. The operation of the conveyor belt is monitored by two sensors located on the underside of the conveyor. The belt is driven by a 2.2 kW motor. The conveyor belt itself is heat resistant, made of wear-resistant PU. The induction cylinder (magnetic rotor) is built into a polyester drum reinforced with glass fibers with a ceramic surface treatment.

The magnetic rotor is built into the return drum of the conveyor. The speed can be continuously regulated in the range from 500 to 3000 min-1 (maximum tested value is 3500 min-1). The magnetic rotor is driven by a 7.5 kW Euronorm motor, the motor is located inside the conveyor and is covered and protected by a side structure.
