Permanent lifting magnets, or we also call them load magnets, work without supplying additional energy and are therefore very energy-efficient in general. In addition, power outages do not affect their operation, so they can be used safely anywhere, anytime. Multiple lifting (load) magnets can be used for heavier loads. BaXx lifting magnets with prism rod surfaces are available for spherical and round materials. Operating our load magnets is extremely simple: place the lifting magnet on the material to be lifted and turn the handle (lever). Permanent lifting load magnets are almost maintenance-free.

We supply these BaXx load magnets as standard with a load capacity of : 125/250/500/1000 and up to 2000 kg. Load lifting magnets have a practical use in workshops, in warehouses of metallurgical material, in the handling of scissors, presses, in burning and metalworking machines and in the exchange of molds for injection molding machines. By using very strong neodymium magnets, we achieve high performance even with small dimensions of load magnets.

If you are interested, we can supply you with a special version of the hanging load magnet, which is designed for handling hot materials - burnouts, forgings, tools, workpieces, sheets, profiles, pipes, etc. It is characterized by high resistance for operation in difficult conditions and allows handling for loads with a temperature of up to 180 ° C.
