MRP-42K is a pneumatically controlled neodymium permanent magnet with good size / adhesion ratio and low residual magnetism. The compact size and high adhesion make them versatile for a variety of applications, including: hoists, grippers, accessories, production automation, robotic solutions, hand tools, and more.

The MRP-42K is capable of handling both round and flat parts, which is usually problematic with magnetic grippers.

Ixtur magnets do not change their magnetic state when compressed air is lost - e.g. in the event of damage to the hose or compressor. Thanks to this feature, it provides reliability and safety during material handling

Unlike vacuum lifting solutions, Ixtur MRP can also be used for perforated materials. The magnet consumes significantly less air than vacuum grippers because the compressed air is only used to turn the magnet on and off. MRP is capable of handling solid and perforated materials, flat and round parts made of steel or cast iron.
