Magboxes are complete separation units designed for installation in piping systems. They can be easily installed in existing pipes using flanges. As standard, they are equipped with two magnetic grids with a ferrite magnetic system placed one above the other, but it is also possible to supply them with neodymium magnetic grids.

Hygienic versions of magboxes have a semi-automatic cleaning system - the magnetic rods have an extractor and the entire magnetic system slides out on the guide rods. During cleaning, the entire magnetic system (filter rods and extractor) is extended first, then the magnetic rods are pulled out of the extractor. The captured ferromagnetic particles fall from the extractor by their own weight - the system is cleaned and it is enough to slide the whole magnetic system back into the working position, secure with quick couplings and the magbox is ready for further operation.

These types are supplied with flanges according to DIN 2576 ND10.

The table shows the basic types with a ferrite magnetic system. For types with a non-smoke magnet, the code "/ 01" is added after the order number of the appropriate size - e.g. BM 25.220 / 01 is a magbox with a flange diameter of 50 mm with a neodymium magnetic system.

Non-standard types can be supplied on request.
