Power-Mag is a separation system that has been specially developed for applications where a small height of the magnetic separator, a strong magnetic system and a minimal risk of clogging the separator are required. The magnetic bars have a rectangular cross-section, the separators are equipped with an extractor. The magnetic field and the shape of the magnetic system are specially designed for use in materials that do not flow freely and / or tend to adhere and accumulate on the surface of the structure. The extractor is tapered on the top, which allows a more even flow of raw material and reduces the risk of clogging the separator. Powermags are ideal for separating iron impurities from coarse or hygroscopic raw materials.

The process of cleaning the separator is semi-automatic. Before cleaning the system, it is necessary to stop the material flow. The magnetic system (filter rods with extractor) is pulled out to the extreme position, then the magnetic rods are pulled out of the extractor. Captured ferromagnetic impurities fall out of the extractor by their own weight. Then simply slide the entire magnetic system back into the working position and secure with quick-release couplings on the sides.
