Chute magnetic separators BKM-HD / VI with plate magnets with neodymium magnetic system for use in conditions with high demands on hygiene. These systems have been specially developed for use in overpressure pneumatic conveying systems.

After stopping the material flow, it is necessary to release the magnets and swing them to the cleaning position. In this way, the intensity of the magnetic field is reduced and the trapped ferromagnetic particles fall off by their own weight and fall out of the separator. These types are equipped with a special collection container, which is inserted into the cleaning hole during the cleaning of the separator. After cleaning, the magnets must be returned to the working position and the material flow can be restarted. The cleaning hole is hermetically sealed during normal operation.
